Elisha Anderton

 

After over 20 years as a customer experience leader and a great passion for creating amazing experiences, 2020 provided me with the opportunity to work with some great people, organisations and not-for-profits during a time of huge change. From launching an online marketplace, and helping a legal firm that works pro bono, to implementing a CX strategy for an amazing NFP it's shown me my experience can add value to help organisations understand their customers, launch new products and ultimately improve the way they work together to create amazing experiences for customers, teams and people they support.

I’m excited to continue to work with organisations that want to make a difference in social causes. I am just as passionate about equality as great customer experiences and truly believe the world would be a better place if we can live our lives in support of each other and support the United Nations in its mission in promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion.
